The state of Ohio has many things that could be considered good and advantageous reasons to live there. One such reason for a lot of people is the central location in the middle of Middle America. The centers of the heartland of the industrialized area of the country, as some have called it.

The borrower here then has 20 days to answer the complaint. If he or she does not do so in that amount of time a judgement of default is issued and the proceedings begin.

Before the sale there must be three people, called disinterested free holders. All of who must appraise the property. When that property is offered up for sale it must be offered at no less than two thirds of the aggregate appraised value.

The sheriff in the county where the property is actually located as is done in most other areas of the country handles the sale.
