There are adventure parks such as Kings Island on the northern part of the state up on the Great Lakes. And, by the way, if you like water the northern portion of the state is full of aquatic things to do for you and the entire family.
If you are into things like rock and roll music then you can check out the famous Rock and Roll Hall of Fame here. There is no shortage of things for people to do in the state. There are large industrial areas, small to mid-sized towns and there are the bigger cities if you are looking for a place to locate a job to help you pay the bills after you move here.
The three largest cities in the state of Ohio where you can live and work to your heart’s content are Columbus, Cleveland and also Cincinnati. Each of these areas offers unique things to see and do and they are all formidable in their own right as viable places in which to move.
When it comes to the area of Ohio foreclosure listings, it can take up to 150 days to get a home foreclosed. Initially the lender files a complaint with and intent to sue. The borrower here then has 20 days to answer the complaint. If he or she does not do so in that amount of time a judgement of default is issued and the proceedings begin.
Before the sale there must be three people, called disinterested free holders. All of who must appraise the property. When that property is offered up for sale it must be offered at no less than two thirds of the aggregate appraised value.
The sheriff in the county where the property is actually located as is done in most other areas of the country handles the sale.
